Slug

Dang, I am such a slug! I had the day free yesterday and did nothing! All I wanted to do was hang around the house. I did however get the grocery store. Today a front rolled in and I could feel it in my neck. Wow, was it stiff. I was thinking of going to the gym and hit a yoga class but I don't know if I'll make it.
