I am starting this blog to hold myself accountable to a healthy lifestyle. More particularly, I am training for my first half-marathon and I am having a hard time getting my run on in this oppressive heat! The treadmill just doesn't do it for me, can't get my head right and not think about what I am doing and just run.I have struggled with my weight for many years, it would go up and it would come down, now that I am hitting that mid-forty time I want to stabilize my weight and run!
I run with a Nike Sport Band and my shoes are ASICS GT 2150. I would really like to work on my mechanics and build up speed.
